I spoke with Penny who wad friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. She took the time necessary and made the process easy to understand and I did not feel rushed or obligated. Despite the fact that I chose to stay with my current company, I felt like her representation of the company needed a kudos because in today's climate, it is hard to find patient and helpful people who take the time to help you make a fully informed decision.
